One-Pan Baked Broccoli & Cauliflower Recipe With Bacon & Parmesan

Bacon makes everything better. Why not get the health benefits of broccoli and cauliflower – with a little bacon, too? Shh! We won't tell.

This broccoli and cauliflower recipe is easy to make and topped with crispy bacon and Parmesan cheese. It's the perfect side dish for chickenbeef, lamb or pork.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 pound broccoli, cut into florets
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Here's how to make it: 

  1. Fry the bacon in an ovenproof skillet until crisp. Remove to a paper towel. 
  2. Add the cauliflower, broccoli, garlic powder and onion powder to the bacon drippings. Season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
  3. Bake in a preheated 400-degree F oven for about 20 to 30 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. 
  4. Top with the bacon and Parmesan cheese.
