Ingredients
- 16 ounces button mushrooms
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning or Creole seasoning
Here's how to make it:
- Put the mushrooms into a plastic zipper food storage bag. Add the remaining ingredients. Toss the bag to combine all the ingredients. Let the mushrooms sit for 2 minutes.
- Remove from the marinade and thread on metal skewers or wooden skewers that have been soaked in water for 30 minutes.
- Cook the mushrooms on a hot grill, turning often, until softened, about 3 to 5 minutes. Serve. Store the mushrooms covered in the fridge and reheat in the microwave.
