- 3/4 cup red wine
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 5 garlic cloves, minced or pressed
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh or dried rosemary (optional, but recommended)
