It's packed with crunchy celery and pecans along with juicy grapes and cranberries – all tossed in tangy Greek yogurt. What could be better? It's high-protein perfection!
This moist and tasty chicken salad recipe is as nutritious as it is delicious. To make this creamy delicious chicken salad recipe, here are the gluten-free ingredients you'll need to gather: cooked chicken, celery, red grapes, dried cranberries, chopped pecans and plain Greek yogurt. The fresh chives are an optional garnish (but chives offer health benefits as well). You combine all the ingredients in one bowl then serve it up – all in only about 15 minutes. So simple.

Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1 1/4 cups celery, diced
- 1 1/4 cups red grapes, halved
- 3/4 cup dried cranberries
- 3/4 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise)
- fresh chives, diced (optional garnish)
- salt and pepper, to taste (optional, but I used about 1/3 teaspoon of each)
Here's how to make it:
- In a large mixing bowl, add the chicken, celery and grapes. Stir to combine.
- Fold in the cranberries and pecans.
- Add the Greek yogurt. Season with salt and pepper, to taste, if desired. Stir to combine. Taste to see if you'd like to add any more of any of the ingredients.
- Transfer to a serving bowl or to individual bowls, if you like. Garnish with a sprinkle of fresh chives, if desired, and serve.
- Store leftover salad in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
