To make these crispy baked broccoli snacks you'll need broccoli florets, olive oil, fresh garlic, freshly grated Parmesan cheese and dry breadcrumbs. Ingredients
- 4 cups small broccoli florets
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs or panko
Recipe Notes
- Cooking the broccoli on parchment paper will help it not stick to the pan. Parchment paper is a helpful thing to have for so many recipes.
- To make this recipe gluten-free, use gluten-free breadcrumbs or panko.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator and reheat in the microwave or oven.
Here's how to make it:
- Put the broccoli into a large mixing bowl. Season with sea salt and black pepper, to taste. Add the olive oil, garlic, Parmesan and breadcrumbs. Toss to coat.
- Pour the broccoli onto an oiled or parchment paper-covered baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake in a preheated 400-degree F oven for about 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
