All you need are three simple ingredients (and one is a box cake mix!) for this easy chocolate cookie recipe. This cake mix cookie recipe is moist, chewy and irresistible for snacking, or even as dessert with a cup of coffee or tea.

You could double the recipe and use this amazing cookie hack so you can enjoy fresh-baked cookies anytime. To turn it into a four-ingredient chocolate cookie recipe, add some chocolate chips – white or dark – into the batter.

Here's how to make it:

  1. Put the cake mix, eggs and oil into a bowl. Beat with an electric mixer for about 2 to 3 minutes or until the batter forms a dough. 
  2. Roll into 1-inch balls and put onto greased cookie sheets
  3. Bake in a preheated 350-degree F oven for about 7 to 9 minutes. Remove and cool. 

Note: You could add 1 cup of chocolate chips into the batter.
