- 1 3/4 cups almond flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- slivered almonds, for top (optional)

- Whisk the eggs in a bowl. Add the coconut oil, vinegar, salt, almond flour and baking soda. Mix well. Pour into a greased 8-inch loaf pan.
