Ingredients
- 1 red beet, peeled and chopped
- 1 apple, cored and chopped
- 1 rib celery, chopped
- 1 cup carrot juice
- 1 cup almond milk or your favorite nut milk
- 1/2 cup frozen sliced peaches
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 1-inch piece of ginger, peeled and chopped
- honey (optional)
Here's how to make it:
- Put all the ingredients into a blender. (You can keep frozen fruits and vegetables ready to go in plastic zipper bags in the freezer.)
- Blend until smooth. Taste and add a little honey if you want it sweeter.
- Pour into glasses. Serve.
