- 16 ounces pasta, cooked according to package directions
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 20 ounces (2 cans) condensed tomato soup
- 20 ounces (2 cans) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
