- 16 ounces pasta, cooked according to package directions
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cans (10 ounces each) condensed tomato soup
- 2 cans (10 ounces each) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
Here's how to make it:
- Cook the ground beef, onion and garlic until the beef is cooked through.
- Add the cooked pasta.
- Stir in the milk and soups. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish. Bake in a preheated 350-degree F oven for about 30 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.
