Amish Egg Noodle Recipe: This 4-Ingredient Amish Recipe Is a Classic

Buttered egg noodles are a common dish in many homes, but the Amish take it up a notch with chicken broth. They also soak the noodles instead of boiling them. Interesting, right?

Serve this simple Amish recipe as a main dish or as a side dish with chickenbeef or pork. If your child will only eat buttered noodles, they will probably enjoy this kid-friendly recipe.

I've never made noodles this way before, but if the Amish say it's a great way to do it, I'm definitely trying it. Sounds simple and delish!
