Green Chile Rice Casserole Recipe: This Spicy Rice Casserole Recipe Is Loaded With Texas Flavor

I live in Texas, where spice is always nice. That's why this creamy rice casserole, loaded with green chiles and cheese, is a family favorite for dinner and even special occasions. It's an easy vegetarian dinner casserole with Texas flavor.

My daughter, who recently turned 25, loves this recipe so much, she again requested it with her birthday steak dinner. She wanted the leftovers, so I put it in a tiny container ... it’s only about one serving left!

Hope your family loves this easy and delicious casserole recipe as much as mine does. Be warned: If they do, it won't last long!
