Just add it to this short list of ingredients needed for this salad dressing: fresh garlic, sea salt, lemons, olive oil and black pepper. The garlic, rosemary and salt is ground in a mortar and pestle until it makes a paste. Then, stir in the fresh lemon juice, olive oil and black pepper, to taste.
Drizzle this lemony vinaigrette over salad greens, grilled chicken, grilled fish or shrimp, pasta salads or grain salads.
