If you love sipping on a fresh piña colada, you're going to love this easy three-ingredient piña colada recipe. Pineapple, coconut milk and rum. That's it. (Don't forget the umbrella!)
To make these creamy coconut and pineapple cocktails you will need frozen pineapple chunks, coconut milk and rum. You can use light or dark rum, your choice. Simply put all the tropical ingredients into a blender and give it a whirl until smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass and get to sippin'!

- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 2 ounces rum
