Ingredients

Chicken

• 4 chicken breasts
• 1/4 cup flour
• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Mushroom Sauce

• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1 package (8 ounces) sliced mushrooms
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 3 green onions, chopped
• 2 tablespoon flour
• 1 cup chicken broth

Here's how to make it: 

1. Heat the oil in a large skillet. Season the chicken with salt and pepper and dredge in the flour. Cook the chicken in the hot oil until browned on both sides and cooked through, about 5 minutes per side. Remove to a plate. 
2. Melt the butter in the skillet. Add the mushrooms and green onions. Cook until mushrooms soften and begin to brown, about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook 30 seconds. Whisk in the flour and cook 1 minute. Add the broth. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until sauce begins to slightly thicken, about 5 minutes. Serve over chicken.
