You'll need:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- Roll the meat into sausages. Put them into an airtight container and refrigerate at least 1 hour and up to overnight.
