Prosciutto-Wrapped Asparagus With Parmesan Appetizer Recipe (4 Ingredients, 15 Minutes)

Prosciutto is an Italian dry cured ham. When it's wrapped around a stalk of asparagus and baked with Parmesan and olive oil, it transforms into an incredible appetizer or even a light lunch.

In addition to being nutritious (thanks to healthy asparagus), this tasty gluten-free recipe is really easy to prepare. Start by trimming the ends off of fresh asparagus and drizzle with olive oil. Wrap each asparagus spear with a piece of prosciutto and sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Bake the low-sodium asparagus in the oven until crisp-tender. Wow!

These prosciutto-wrapped Parmesan asparagus make a fun snack anytime during the day. Serve them as a side dish for your Easter celebration and delight your guests!
