Clover Club Cocktail Is the Gin Drink to Serve at Your Super Bowl® Party

Clover Club is a premiere cocktail bar in Brooklyn – but it's also a refreshing cocktail that's a combination of gin, egg whites and raspberries. Intrigued? Here's something else to intrigue you: both teams that will play in the Super Bowl® are red. Of course, that means you'll need to serve red drinks at your get-together! Here's an easy Clover Club recipe to try. Substitute grenadine or strawberry syrup if you're not a fan of raspberries.

You'll need:

Here’s how to make it:

  1. Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker that’s filled with ice.
  2. Shake! Strain into a martini glass, coupe glass or cocktail glass. Serve.
