Easy Bacon-Wrapped Brussels Sprouts Recipe: Just 2 Simple Ingredients Make Appetizer Snack Magic

Think you (or someone you know) don't like Brussels sprouts? You just may change your mind after you try this easy bacon-wrapped Brussels sprouts vegetable recipe.

Just wrap Brussels sprouts in bacon, and you get a super simple appetizer, side dish or snack. And with just two ingredients (we don't count the pepper!), they are so easy to make!

Ingredients

  • Brussels sprouts, washed and dried
  • bacon
  • pepper (optional)

Here’s how to make them:

  1. Season the Brussels sprouts with pepper.
  2. Take one piece of bacon and place a Brussels sprout at the end. Roll up and secure with a toothpick. Repeat.
  3. Place the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet that’s been sprayed lightly with nonstick cooking spray. 
  4. Bake in a preheated 375-degree F oven for 30-35 minutes, or until bacon is crisp. Serve.
