You'll need:

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup nut milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon Matcha green tea
  • Toppings: granola, unsweetened flaked coconut, berries, bananas

Here’s how to make it:

  1. Combine the chia seeds, nut milk, vanilla and tea. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  2. In the morning, add your favorite toppings.
