This No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Recipe Just Looks Like You Baked All Day

I love cheesecake – especially this no-bake strawberry cheesecake recipe. It'll look like you baked all day, but is easy enough to make anytime you want!

You’ll need:

  • oil to grease pan
  • 6 ounces graham crackers
  • 3/4 stick butter or 1/4 cup margarine, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 package strawberry JELL-O
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Here’s how to make it:

  1. Put the graham crackers in a plastic zipper bag and crush. Put the crumbs in a bowl along with the melted butter. Press into an oiled pie pan.
  2. Slice up the strawberries into small pieces (they don't need to be exact sizes just a rough chop will do). Put them into a saucepan with the sugar and water. Cook about 5-7 minutes or until they are soft.
  3. Remove strawberries from heat and mix in the JELL-O. Let cool.
  4. Whip the cream cheese. Pour the cooled strawberry mixture into the whipped cream cheese and mix together.
  5. Whip the whipping cream with the vanilla and sugar until it forms stiff peaks. Add half of the whipped cream into the strawberry-cheese mixture and gently fold in.
  6. Spoon the mixture into the graham cracker crust. Let set for about 2 hours in the fridge.
  7. Decorate with remaining whipped cream and strawberries.
