Don't have blueberries? Use frozen raspberries, blackberries or strawberries. Feel free to mix up your fruit and keep it interesting. Easy, healthy, delicious!

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt

Here’s how to make it:

  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender.
  2. Pulse until smooth. 
  3. Pour into glasses. Garnish with additional blueberries, if desired.
