Easy Smoothie Recipes: How to Make a Blueberry & Banana Smoothie (Just 3 Ingredients!)

Toss three ingredients into a blender and seconds later you've got a healthy, refreshing snack or breakfast. Don't have blueberries? Use frozen raspberries, blackberries or strawberries. 

You'll need:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt

Here’s how to make it:

  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender.
  2. Pulse until smooth. 
  3. Pour into glasses. Garnish with additional blueberries, if desired.
