Ingredients

Here’s how you make it:

  1. In a large bowl mix all ingredients together until fully incorporated. Roll into 1-inch balls and place onto baking sheet lined with parchment or a silicon baking mat.
  2. Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes in a preheated 350-degree F oven until one is cut open and no longer pink in the center. Remove from the oven and set aside.
  3. Add the meatballs to the sauce. Simmer for about 10 minutes, turning meatballs to coat. Serve warm.

I'm Not sure what types of markets are available to you in your area, but you can also ask for those ground meats separately if you need to -- I've also had to do that before. @Dr.Shayna Mancuso
