Here's a surefire way to feed the need for a salty little crunch. These garbanzo bean crunchers are loaded with nutrients, like 27 grams of slow-burning, good carbs, 6 grams of muscle-building protein and a whopping 5 grams of dietary fiber in every half cup.
- 1 can garbanzo beans
- 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
- seasoning of choice (garlic salt, paprika, salt, pepper, Mrs. Dash, onion powder, etc.)
Here’s how to make them:
- Rinse, dry and toss the garbanzo beans in olive oil and seasoning.
- Roast at 400 degrees F for 30-40 minutes or until crunchy. Watch carefully to not burn the beans.
