To make these spooky spider cookies for Halloween night you will need cookies, Mini Rolos or Mini Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, edible eyes and squeezable chocolate frosting. You could also bake frozen oatmeal cookie dough for this fun Halloween cookie. Make lots so you can share!
These easy cookies are a fun dessert after dinner or a sweet treat during this spooky month. You could also pack one in your child's lunchbox as a fun surprise.

Ingredients
- oatmeal cookies (or your favorite cookies)
- Mini Rolos or Mini Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
- edible eyes
- 1 tube squeezable chocolate frosting
Here’s how to make it:
- Put a dab of the chocolate frosting in the middle of the cookie. (Use pre-made, store-bought oatmeal cookies or make homemade oatmeal cookies. Not a fan of oatmeal cookies? Use chocolate chip, sugar cookies or peanut butter cookies.)
- Add the Rolo or Reese's Peanut Butter Cup. (Use a food storage bad with the end cut off as a decorating bag.)
- Using another dab or chocolate frosting, attach the edible eyes.
- Pipe legs with the frosting around the cookie to form the legs. Store the cookies in an airtight container.
