There are so many reasons to love this colorful watermelon salad recipe. The fruit and cheese salad is sweet, tart and it's so incredibly simple to make. This is the perfect cold salad for your summer gatherings like Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day.
You don't need many ingredients to make this watermelon salad. Here's your shopping list: a seedless watermelon, olive oil, fresh limes, salt, fresh mint and feta cheese. Simply combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Toss and you're ready to serve. You could add some chopped cucumber to the mix, too, for even more crunch.
