I have always wanted to get up early and exercise and never had the discipline. One of these days I hope to reap the benefits you talk about in this persuasive post.

Since my post, my friend Marie and I went for a sunrise walk and another friend reached out to join us. Another great benefit of early morning exercise is reconnecting with friends! Out busy lives getting in the way of connecting with out loved ones too.
