Yes, each one is so important, Jessica Acree . But if I had to choose the one I think is most important, it's "unconditional love." Daughters, and all children, need to feel that their parents love them no matter what! Thanks, Kay Casperson !

I try to check all these boxes daily with my daughters and my little boy. Not always easy, but this is a great reminder and an excellent roadmap.

Great list ! I would add financial adviser to the list too. My daughters have always looked up to my husbands savvy planning for the future especially when companies offered match programs from payroll deductions. You can never start too soon planning for college or retirement and payroll deductions make it easier. They have learned this and find saving is less stressful.

Thanks Kay Casperson for your beautiful words. As the father (and step-father) of 4 girls, all in their 20s, I can confirm the importance of support and love!
