Find Your Tribe: 5 Reasons Why Everyone Needs to Rock Their Tribe Vibe! by Kim Kusiciel

You've heard it here before – at 30Seconds we love to rock our “tribe vibe!” And we have 30Seconds T-shirts to prove it thanks to my friend and contributor, Ann Marie Gardinier Halstead.

I think every generation captures the social meaning of the word "tribe" a little differently. By today's standards, your tribe might be spread around the globe, just like all of us as 30Seconds members. You might also have a close knit group of people right in your neighborhood or an even bigger tribe, like the efforts to bring relief after natural disasters. You may even have a work tribe or parent tribe.

Being part of a tribe means that you care about each other. You offer support and help without being asked or expecting anything in return. A tribe promotes love, kindness and respect for one another. You totally rock a tribe vibe if:

• You feel supported by others.
• You are honest with one another.
• You build one another up.
• You can be your true, authentic self.
• You learn from each other.

So, go on. ROCK your tribe vibe. Tell your tribe how you feel. Shout it from the rooftops. I bet you'll feel the love right back!
