When Elisa and I met up in Scottsdale, Ariz., last month, we had a great time reconnecting, and we filmed an episode of my radio/TV show, "Motherhood," all about the power of connection, too! As moms, it's incredibly important that we prioritize relationships with other people – both online and IRL (in real life) – especially with other moms.

We need that support in our lives. And even if we meet online, like Elisa and I did, and even if those online connections can be strong and supportive, we still need the IRL connections that show us we are not alone and we're doing better than we think.

So, get out of your "online bubble" and seek out friendships and support from other moms with similar interests, just like the tribe does here on 30Seconds. And just like Elisa and I have been able to do!
