Stuck in a Family Food Rut? Let the Kids Take Over! Here's the Plan... by Dana Pieper

My kids were tired of my dinners and I wanted them to be excited about healthy eating. Making a plan together was the remedy for the food rut! Here's what we did to put the meal together: 

• we looked up recipes on Pinterest 
• they crafted a menu 
• we shopped for the ingredients
• they helped with prep and cooking
• they served the family

Everyone left their plates clean and we all walked away happy with the bonding start to finish!
