I do follow 6 of those suggestions on a daily basis and I'm in a quest right now for embracing other 2: "Sing yourself a love song" and "Spend time in nature daily"... There is another one that could easily go into that list and that at least for me makes me feel sexy: "photograph yourself naked" :)
