You're only six weeks away from sexy if you start doing the following right now!  

  • Resolve to reduce or eliminate sugar
  • Give up soda, bread and alcohol for six weeks. 
  • Walk 20 to 30 minutes daily. 
  • Take a yoga or Pilates class. 
  • Increase water-rich foods
  • Cover your body in coconut oil after your bath or shower. 
  • Get yourself a new lip gloss. 
  • Buy Chakra-colored underwear – the same colors as the rainbow. 
  • Sing yourself a love song. 
  • Dance everyday to a favorite song. 
  • Spend time in nature daily.
