Hi! Im Jenn Voss and Im a pilates instructor and certified personal trainer who has been working in the fitness industry for over 13 years. I prioritize teaching movement that teaches you to feel good in your body so you will see a wide range of exercise tips from running to kettlebell to lifting and yoga/pilates. There is no bad movement. Im also very passionate about nutrition and love cooking and baking in the kitchen so you'll see recipes and tips for fueling your body here too!
