Start a Magical Mantra for Health & Happiness! The Magic Words Are... Mindfulness Fitness

Tell yourself that you are healthy, happy and hard. A hard body goes a long way toward health and happiness. This can mean a commitment to your body of an hour of exercise each day. 

  • Commit to a morning practice
  • Start with journaling, walking, strength training
  • Then try to do three to five sets of wall squats, 20 push-ups in five-rep cycles, 400 sit-ups per day (200 in the morning and 200 at night)

It may seem like a lot, but you are worth the commitment, time and the effort. And remember: commitment inspires action. Start in your mind and your body will follow!
