I love these suggestions, Dr. Bradley Nelson . I am working on daily meditation and yoga, and deep breathing. I need to stay in the present moment as much as possible. Thank you for the good read. I enjoyed it a lot. When thinking negatively, I found that giving yourself an out loud feedback saying "not useful" sends corrective feedback to your brain. The more you do it the more it learns not to go into these dark places. I wish you all a great day
