@Dr.Manish Shah I teach fitness classes and am a personal trainer and I sweat A LOT so I am really a gym rat! I have to shower after every workout and get in to dry clothes quickly because otherwise I get a fungal rash on my back. Cool-to warm water, never hot. And dry shampoo is my savior! No time to wash and blow dry daily. Headband is my daily "look"
