Great tips here. For me, temperature is a huge factor, and I do notice that when I take long walks, I sleep better at night!

When I changed primary care physicians, my new doctor asked if I slept well. I answered that I didn’t. He asked me s few other questions. Eventually he diagnosed me with diabetes and told me the biggest reason he even started looking at that as a possible diagnosis was because I had problems sleeping. I had no idea not sleeping can indicate a serious underlying condition.
