Did you know that eating bee pollen can help alleviate your seasonal allergy symptoms? Each tiny morsel is packed with incredible immune-boosting benefits and contains every nutrient needed to sustain life, including:

  • 22 amino acids
  • 25 minerals
  • 18 vitamins
  • protein

And much more! Mix a teaspoon into your morning smoothie, yogurt parfait or simply eat it alone. If you've never taken pollen before, start with just a pinch and then slowly increase your intake. Bee pollen tastes like edible flowers and when eaten fresh is slightly sweet with notes of honey and beeswax.

This is amazing! I am going to try this for sure. Spring just popped around here, and so did the allergies. Thank you for the great suggestion, Chef Gigi Gaggero !

I'll go you one further...if you eat bee pollen or local honey it helps your allergies but if you eat it from different places (east coast, west coast, etc) You can get an even wider range of relief because the bees use different flowers ,etc depending om where they live.
