Love you Elisa, but seriously! I am on a very restrictive diet. No inflammatory foods, no sugar, no nothing! And not a pound. I am doing everything right. It HAS to be the stress in my life!! It's that four letter word..."W---"
Meredith Schneider
Awesome info and great reminder! Taking a break for lots of deep breaths has so helped me in stressful situations. Thanks for sharing Nicole DeAvilla ;)

I hear you, Mindy Hudon, M.S., CCC-SLP - it is frustrating when the weight won't come off. And I agree, stress is a huge cause of this. Meredith Schneider is so right- we have to pause and breathe and care for ourselves, without food. Self care! Hugs, my friend! XOXO

Mindy Hudon, M.S., CCC-SLP , Meredith Schneider and Elisa All Schmitz 30Seconds - This is something that I have known for awhile and I even have to remind myself! We must be patient with ourselves, and keep on breathing! Mindy - a regular pranayama/breathing practice can help with inflammation too.
