Bring this to the gym: Bosu ball lunges! You'll need to have fairly good balance, but once you can stand on one leg, go for it! This exercise is great for your:

  • glutes
  • hamstrings
  • quads
  • core

If you're new to the Bosu, practice just standing on it (find something to hold onto when getting on) and move to trying two-legged squats. A Bosu ball is great because it forces you to use many smaller muscles all over your body for balance.
