Bosu Ball Exercises: 4 Areas of Your Body That Benefit From Bosu Ball Lunges & How to Find Your Balance!

Bring this to the gym: Bosu ball lunges! You'll need to have fairly good balance, but once you can stand on one leg, go for it! This exercise is great for your:

  • glutes
  • hamstrings
  • quads
  • core

If you're new to the Bosu, practice just standing on it (find something to hold onto when getting on) and move to trying two-legged squats. A Bosu ball is great because it forces you to use many smaller muscles all over your body for balance.

Keeping your workouts fun and challenging will keep you doing them! Learn more about Bosu balls here!
