Exercise will not only change your shape, it will change your way of thinking. Start small with a quick walk, a few squats, planks or stretches. Exercise:

  • changes your mind
  • gives you more energy
  • increases your stamina

Before you know it, you’ll be doing full workouts, losing weight and, more importantly, gaining confidence. I started small steps a couple of years ago. To my surprise, I took my life back! Workouts can be all at once or broken up. The important thing is you’re taking charge of you!
