With the new year here, those resolutions and, let's face it, everything that's going on in the world right now, you may need some inspiration to help keep you going. These free printable coloring pages of motivational and inspirational quotes may just be what you need right now. Not only can they motivate and possibly light a fire under you (become the fire!), but also remember that coloring is a mindfulness activity to help reduce stress and help you relax.
According to Mayo Clinic, "Coloring utilizes areas of the brain that enhances focus and concentration and nurtures attention. Mindful coloring is a purposeful act of paying attention to what we are doing in the present moment, rather than being on autopilot. Example: notice the design you are coloring, notice color choices you are making, notice how your hand/fingers move on the page, notice how the color starts to fills the space you place it in, how your hand feels running along the page as you color, etc."
With the amount of inspirational quotes posted on social media daily, it's no surprise that people enjoy reading them. But why?

So grab your favorite beverage, some colored pencils or crayons and print out these free printables.
