We have many blankies at our house, in all shapes, sizes and colors. What I love, especially in cooler weather, is snuggling up in one and just feeling loved, like I'm lying in a soft hug. We love to give them as gifts for the same reason.

One year, we gave all my girls' friends blankets to match the decor in their rooms (many of these "lovies" are now off to college with their owners).
