Here are some things to consider in the next few weeks:

• Don’t Be Flaky: Winter often means dry, rough or dull skin. Moisturizers and face treatments are most effective when applied to fresh, flake-free skin. Try a gentle scrub up to three times a week, but avoid scrubs with shells or kernels as the exfoliant as they can literally scratch your skin, causing irritation.
