Healing Mantras: Here Are 3 Words to Help Deal With Toxic Energy

Staying grounded and keeping a positive outlook is key to living in the Aquarian Age, where it is all about energy. When feeling like you are around unsupportive or negative energy, focus your mind on three words:

  • Peace
  • Love
  • Joy

Say them to yourself silently or, when possible, out load at least three times frequently throughout your day or whenever you feel you need to. You may also place your hand on your chest just under your collar bone as you say these three words. This hand position allows you to access K27, or the kidney meridian point, which houses the water element. 

I like to call this practice “mantracizing.” I learned this practice from a Master EFT Practitioner and have used it for 12 years. I teach it in my yoga teacher training and have shared it with my kids.

Note: According to Dr. Santokh Singh Khalsa in an article on 3HO.org, “For the next 2000 years we will be in the Aquarian Age. We have been in the transition from the Piscean Age to the Aquarian Age for the last 50 years. The official beginning of the Aquarian Age is November 11, 2011 or 11/11/11.”
