Who doesn't love me time (aka self-care)? Me time covers many areas of our lives:
All of these things make us a better version of ourselves – inside and out. Guilt free! Yes, I said guilt free! It's really easy to get caught up with taking care of everyone and telling ourselves “when I have more time” or “someday.” I'm crazy busy, but kept my scheduled hair appointment. Nothing better than getting hair color freshened up and a new haircut. It’s like a breath of fresh air. It feels amazing!
So, listen up! Stop making excuses, because we all know if it's not scheduled it's never going to happen. Don't wait for a special occasion or holiday to take care of you. Don’t give yourself excuses. I’m too busy. I’m too tired. Blah blah blah. Turn that negative voice off!
Schedule your workouts, schedule your salon appointments, schedule shopping trips with friends, don't forget regular date nights with your loved one, take those naps, eat the cake, drink the wine, drink the coffee and live each day to the fullest! You deserve to take care of your body, mind and spirit!
