It is absolutely vital to have a daily personal practice for grounding and centering to start off a successsful day. Here is what I have learned from billionaires and yoga masters:
- Wake up with an attitude of gratitude and appreciation. Say “Thank You.” List in your mind or in your journal five to 10 things you are grateful for.
- Drink water with lemon to hydrate your body and mind and clean out your gut.
- Move! Take a walk outdoors or take a morning yoga class.
Your have to be your best to offer your best to the world.
