We all have heard to drink a lot of water. If you are sedentary, you should drink half your body weight in ounces each day, and even more if you're active. Here are four things you need to know about water:

  • The quality of water we drink is very important. Our cells won’t absorb toxic, poor-quality water and we can end up chronically dehydrated. Drink filtered water or buy it in glass bottles to reduce toxins.
  • Fresh, organic vegetables are a great source of water!
