Feel Helpless? Stop! Here's How to Empower Yourself & Take Control of Your Life & Feelings!

Do you ever feel there's no hope, or overwhelmed? Here are five tips to help you find hope and get back in control! 

  • Be aware of your feelings. Accept it. It will pass. 
  • Are you ready to let go of the helplessness and act now? When we feel out of control or that we’re being mistreated, this often makes us feel angry or helpless. To feel empowered, we need to let go of the helplessness and take control. 
  • Accept what you cannot change. 
  • What can you do improve your situation? Act on it as soon as possible. 
  • Can you learn anything from the situation or prevent it from occurring again?

You are strong! Remember that!
